About the event

Farm Life

Discover what daily life was like on a 19th-century farm. Kids will try traditional chores like grinding corn and hauling water, and create their own cornhusk dolls while learning how families worked together to keep farms running.

Schoolhouse Day

Experience a one-room schoolhouse! Kids will practice writing with quill pens, take part in a “then vs. now” lesson, and participate in a fun, interactive school day just like children in the 1800s.
